Today, I successfully completed Sprint 2 in the ALX program, and I couldn't be more excited about the journey so far.The road hasn't been easy. Many faced challenges and decided to step back, but I chose to persevere. No, I'm not at #CES2024. And no, I don't miss it... For the first time in many years (not including Covid), I'm not at the annual semi-official kickoff to a new year in our industry. Truthfully, I'm more than ok not being there because I now work at such an amazing company and with such amazing people. This week, instead of being in Vegas, I'm in Sydney with all 600 other #Roktstars for our annual Global Kick Off or GKO. It's something that's been happening for many years. It's a simpe concept: Bring together EVERY employee of the company to create #connection, #clarity and #courage for the year ahead. It's what makes hyper-growth possible. It's crazy to see the number of #Roktstars who've attended so many in the past. And it's even more crazy to see the number (160+) of #Roktstars like me who are at their first.
