Music from background apps no longer plays while in game after update

After the 7/31 update music from spotify/itunes/other sources doesn't play from my phone even with the in-game sound totally off. Please fix this I can't handle the silence. This is my happy time to play game and enjoy music, not sad hour of deep thinking.

Auto Broken

After choosing the "Select Option" of auto-battle in the battle settings when in the battle the "Basic" option is overlapped by the battle speed button. When trying to press the Auto button, it will choose Basic instead. From what I have found the only way to be able to auto with special abilities is to go into the battle options and choose "All Abilities".

Busted “Auto”

In attempting to use auto with my Gungans in ROTE, planet Kashyyyk, I noticed my team was only doing basics - got shredded. In taking off auto, after third ally was defeated, I noticed the overlap in the “auto - basic” buttons. Would not allow me to select auto (normal) only auto-basic. Second fight I tested it and the same thing. To be clear, my tapping auto will only allow auto-basic. And there is an overlap as can be seen above with the buttons.

With the new update, while I have the "select" option enabled for Autobattle, it puts the "auto-basic" button behind the animation rate multiplier. You literally cannot choose auto-basic. I assume that others can replicate this?

Full auto broken with UI

With the toggle option for auto full or auto basic, it is currently broken to only use auto basic. It looks like the UI squishes incorrectly

A group of me and my friends started playing SWGOH on when it came out on PC. However, we're struggling getting people to join. It feels bad missing out on things/slow income due to missing a lot of people. If anyone is willing to join and just have a fun time, we'd greatly appreciate it. Bug Rey Legend

Hello, I've had this bug for over a year now that's stopping me from progressing in the game. This is precisely Rey's last level to unlock his ultimate. I don't have access to his ultimate which means I can't finish the last level to unlock his ultimate. Without being able to use the ultimate in the level it is impossible to finish it I need help, I contact support very regularly and no one can help me fix this bug, please I need a solution

Investigating: Auto Battle Button Issue

The team is currently investigating a solution to the Select Auto Battle button overlapping in the Battle UI. Players can currently workaround the issue by: On Mobile devices Going to Options (gear wheel) > Auto Battle > selecting which customized setting they want to use. On PC The above method. Using the 'Select' option using hotkeys - 'C' for All Abilities, 'V' for Basic Ability only. We hope to have this resolved in an upcoming update.

Conquest Bug

I have been playing the most recent Conquest. I am currently experiencing a bug during the rewards collection process. When I try to claim rewards associated with the mark 3 (purple)/15 conquest tickets reward tiers the game crashes and asks if I want to reload or exit the game. It does this consistently I was able to claim other rewards in the rewards tree.

Problem with recent LSB purchase

Bought the recent LSB through the PC client , purchased bugged and they gave me crystals instead. Now support don't want to refund the amount, any suggestions as to where I can get this sorted out outside of this terrible chat support? Bought it a second time on android a few hours later expecting to be reimbursed for the 1st bugged purchase eventually but apparently they considered everything ok since i got crystals but i never wanted to buy crystals in the first place. More SWTOR Characters

The Old Republic Tag is being severely underused and I think many of you would agree. Ever since Malgus and Sith assassin/marauder were added I've been wondering when the light side SWTOR characters would come into the game such as Satele Shan, Jace Malcolm, Republic Commando/Vanguard, etc. These are the front runners of most of the SWTOR cinematic trailers and some of the most played classes in the game and it would even lead perfectly into a Jedi consular/guardian re-work, 2 of the oldest characters in SWGOH and the least used sadly. Not only would adding these characters revitalize the tag, it would open up the possibility for an Old Republic fleet. Currently the Ebon Hawk is the only ship with that tag, but the ships from SWTOR's starfighter battles could easily make the cut like they did for the Marauder's ship, the extinction class bomber. I'm going to list off some characters and ships just to show examples of what could be added (for many different tags, not just old republic). Characters: Republic Troopers (Vanguard/Commando) Satele Shan Jace Malcolm General Garza Commander Tavus (any of Havoc squad) HK-51 Shae Vizla GXR-7 Command Droid Treek Imperial Agent (Operative/Sniper) Ships: BT-7 Thunderclap Jedi Defender XS Stock Light Valor Class Cruiser Fortitude-class Assault Shuttle Liberator-class Starfighter PT-7 Raven-class Bomber Give me your feedback, i'd love to hear if there are more out there that want to see this stuff added to the game as well or just about any characters/ships that would better fit.

Anyone else getting spinning wheel?

For the last 30 minutes I get the spinning wheel when returning back to the cantina home screen. I keep having to restart the game but it just repeats Android user

Blank Datacron Bonus on Reroll

Ummmm...yeah...that's not good. I'm playing on the PC client. This is a fully upgraded (L9) cron rerolling the L3 bonus. It was my third total reroll on the cron. And, no, this isn't a scroll / text position issue. It really is blank. Choosing the middle bonus gets me... So it seems to be "just" a visual bug, since I actually did receive a rerolled bonus.
