Why is my one for all voucher not working? ›

There could be several reasons why this happened. Please check: That you know your balance, and it is more than or equal to the amount you're trying to spend. The One4all Gift Card hasn't expired (check the Valid Thru date on the front of the card).

The One4All Digital Gift Card is available in sterling (£) only. The Card is not a credit card or a charge card; nor is it a debit card linked to a current account. It is a prepaid card which means that money must be loaded onto the Card at the time of purchase.

How do I activate my Chip & PIN card? Create an account or log in, select "Card Activation" from the drop-down menu which appears under your name.

Your physical card has not been activated. (Note: Virtual cards do not require activation.) The card has expired. Insufficient funds are available on your card to cover the purchase, which may be influenced by a pre-authorization charge.

Once your ID verification submission is completed and accepted, only then will your card be activated and you will receive your PIN via text message.

Do I need a PIN for my One4all Gift Card? ›

Your PIN will be sent by text message. Please allow up to 24 hours for your PIN to arrive. Don't forget to keep this safe as you will need it to use your card. You can also access your PIN via the One4all App.

Can I 'top up' or add extra funds to my One4all Gift Card? No, this is a single load card only.

The purchase receipt should indicate that the card was activated and how much was put on to the card. Activation may take up to four hours before the card can be used, however.
